More framing was completed today and the all important iJoists were installed. What are iJoists you ask? Can I buy them at the iTunes store? Well, no. IJoists are manufactured beams created with OSB board and they are easier to work with over large spans. With the installation of the ceiling/floor system we can begin to get a better feel for how large the family gathering area is. This will be the jewel of the renovation. We are also able to picture where the first floor bump out for the master bath will be.
