Today felt really good. Progress was seen, not just heard. We have the first floor sub floor completely installed now. It looks really great and seems so open and big (with no walls). Right now it looks like a giant dance floor. Vanessa, Caleb and I just finished checking it out one more time before heading to bed for the night. I think I mentioned it yesterday but I am really excited about the size of the room under the car shelter that we will be able to use for storage. Other happenings today were the screen porch deck was reassembled, a few a/c ducts were rerouted, and a drain was re plumbed. This is all in preparation for framing. We had our weekly meeting this afternoon at 5pm and everything went smoothly no hiccups to speak of. Our bank representative stopped by today and checked up on the progress. He is happy that everything is moving along smoothly. Guess what? So are we. Thank you for reading.
