The Financial World has lost it's mind.

Planning. I am ready to remove this word from the English language. Plans are supposed to be a way to set reasonable expectations about what should happen in the future. Why then when you plan each and every step of a process do things still go wrong? Nothing is going wrong with the renovation so far, it's the financing part. I can't get a bank/lawyer/lender/person to give me a good idea of how long this takes. They always say "this week" or "tomorrow" shouldn't be a problem, but when tomorrow comes there is always a problem. Look people! I have guys working right now that need to be paid on Friday! You pre-approved, credit checked, invesigated, appraised and charged me to death, now give me my Money!
